Deciding on which ancillary tasks to choose

I must pick two of the three options below to create in order to gain marks for the ancillary task of the coursework:

• A website homepage for the band
• A cover for its release as part of a digipack (DVD/CD package)
• A magazine advertisement for the digipack (DVD/CD package)

I have decided to create a magazine advertisement for the digipack as well as the CD cover. I am going to look at the current advertisements and CD covers that bands of my music genre have created and analyse them. I will compare them to other CD covers of different genres as well as magazine advertisements. This will ensure that I know how to both challenge and conform to the conventions of media products.
